Shakespeare Competition

The forty-first annual Shakespeare Competition, hosted by the Utah Shakespeare Festival and Southern Utah University is scheduled for October 3-5, 2019. The competition gives junior and high school students from around the nation a chance to present material from Shakespearean literature in various artistic forms. This work is adjudicated by professionals in their fields, who also offer various workshops that can be attended for university credit.

Musical Theatre Competition

Musical Theatre Competitions of America® was founded to provide an enjoyable educational and competitive experience for high school, junior high school, and middle school musical theatre students. They are dedicated to helping directors build their musical theatre programs by providing ensembles and individual students the opportunity to perform for experienced adjudicators in a quality theatrical venue.
